- What stays free?
- Everything else: search across every source, listing pages with price history, market data, saved deals and private notes.
- How do alerts work?
- Type what you're looking for — “HVAC companies in Texas under $2M with seller financing”. Our AI turns it into filters you can check before saving. We collect new listings every day; each match shows up in your alerts inbox, and in a daily or weekly email from noreply@exitlink.net if you want one.
- What can I export?
- Your saved deals (with your notes) or the full results of any search, up to 10,000 listings at a time, as an Excel workbook or a CSV file. Pick the columns you need.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Account → Manage billing and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Your alerts pause after that; saved deals stay.
- Who handles payment?
- Stripe. Checkout and billing run on Stripe's secure pages; we never see or store your card.
